The protection and security of data as defined in article 13 of our GTC is very important to Dataleon.

The following privacy policy, as part of our terms of use, is intended to regulate the collection, proper use and access of data in connection with the subscription to the Dataleon website and platform.

Article 1. Licence to process - access to the site, products and services

The Privacy Policy must be accepted by all users who visit the website or subscribe to the Dataleon service, and for each change to our Privacy Policy.

Article 4. Collected data

Some data is provided directly by you when you subscribe to or use the Dataleon service, and other data is collected automatically through technologies used by Dataleon, such as when you interact with the website.

Data collected directly from the User:

First name / last name,
Employer's name,
Social media profile,
Email address that identifies an individual,
Home address that identifies a legal entity,
Phone number that identifies a legal entity,
Billing information that identifies an individual or legal entity,

Data passively collected from you when you visit our website or use the Dataleon service (login and navigation data and data stored via cookies) includes the information listed below:

Data may be collected and processed by Dataleon and its subcontractors for the purposes of:

To provide the Dataleon Service, optimize its use, and provide responsive support;
To perform billing as contracted;
To communicate all product and service updates;
To provide you with the ability to customize the Dataleon Service and allow you to select the content you wish to access and share with a third party;
To analyze your data which will allow us to improve the Young App Service, identify any trends, and determine the effectiveness of the Dataleon Service;
To prevent and detect potential threats to the security of our products or services, fraud or other illegal activity;
To fulfill contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our contracts;
To authorize the delivery of emails and e-marketing campaigns and promotions, keep our customers informed of updates and upcoming events;
To maintain a history of all transactions that occur during the course of the contractual relationship.

Article 6. Basis of data processing

The above treatment is based on:

The customer's agreement to the use of cookies for certain purposes and the use of data for commercial sourcing purposes;
The customer's agreement when the customer has not subscribed to the Dataleon service himself.
Fulfillment of the contract for the use of Dataleon signed with the former customer.
Where the processing of data is based on the customer's consent, the customer has the right to withdraw his consent at any time.

An unsubscribe link will be sent to the user by Dataleon in newsletters and marketing emails.

Users may permanently delete their accounts, as mentioned in the Terms of Use (see Article 8).

Article 7. Recipients and collected data

The User is informed and accepts that the recipients of the data (excluding subcontractors in article 8) are the following:

Dataleon departments, affiliates or subsidiaries using data: sales, marketing, accounting.

User data that is collected:

Email address that identifies a natural person;
Home address that identifies a natural person;
Phone number that identifies a natural person;
Billing information that identifies a natural person;
Account name (login);
Photo;

Any other data that the user may voluntarily share.
The authorized third parties subject to the contractual law on data processing and freedom as well as to the regulations, undertake to work on the processing of data in accordance with these GTU.

The data will be communicated to Dataleon only to offer and improve its services. It will not be disclosed to third parties for the use of the data in their marketing activity.

Please note that content created via the Dataleon service (processes, comments, polls, etc.) can be uploaded by the administrator.

Article 8. Subcontractors

Dataleon works with subcontractors.

Dataleon shall ensure that one or all of the subcontractors employed have the necessary guarantees to maintain the implementation of all appropriate techniques and organization so that the processing meets all legal requirements.

Article 9. International transfer of data outside the European Union

The User has been informed that data may be shared with third parties located using servers outside the European Union, in countries where data protection laws may differ from the laws of the European Union.

In this specific case, Dataleon shall ensure that the User has been properly advised and that the transfer is carried out in accordance with the new applicable legislation and guarantees sufficient protection for a web application of the privacy and fundamental rights of persons in accordance with the policy (in particular with the contractual clauses of the European Commission).

Article 10. Declaration to the National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties (CNIL)

In accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act, the automated processing of personal data from the site has been declared to the CNIL under number 1989871 v 0.

Article 11. Rights of the users on their data

In accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory provisions, the User has the right to access, rectify, delete, limit or object to the processing of data, the right to define guidelines for the retention, deletion and communication of data, after his death and the right to data portability. .

Article 12. Security and confidentiality of data

The data collected by Dataleon is stored in a secure environment.

To ensure data security, Dataleon relies on the following measures:

Article 13. Time limit for data retention by Dataleon

The duration of data retention by Dataleon is limited to the duration of use of the Dataleon service by the user, subject to compliance with the applicable legal provisions. However, the necessary data may be kept for commercial prospecting and/or conservation purposes for a maximum of 3 years from the end of the use of the Dataleon service.

Navigation data collected from a single visit to the site by the user will be kept for a maximum of 50 months.
